Our First Ambulance Ride!
Our Nolan managed to become sick on July 4th, he developed a cough, and wheezing. Todd and I knew he really wasn't feeling well, when he was lying on the couch...not LIKE our boy! After several breathing treatments at home, we decided it was time for the emergency room. And when I asked Nolan if he would like to go to the doctor, his response, "YES." So I knew he really didn't feel good. Well, in the ER he was a trooper he received more breathing treatments, some medications, chest xray and an IV. He was certainly not a fan of the IV, but again was a trooper. The doctor at the ER thought Nolan would benefit from being admitted to the hospital, so we were transferred to Lutheran General. Which required the ambulance ride, Nolan really enjoyed this, he would have rode in the back of that ambulance all day long. He chatted with the paramedics about police cars and the fireworks, it was super cute!
So instead of fireworks, we got an ambulance ride!
