Day 98

I had taken my tri-bike into the shop this morning to have a trainer tire put on for my spin class, and Nolan was fascinated with the little bikes.  So we came home, and he had to try his out.   Last summer he was not tall enough to reach the pedals, and now he can.  He was so proud, and was able to pedal the bike around the basement.  I foresee a lot of time being spent in the basement over the next few weeks, while he perfects his skills.  I guess it is time for mommy to purchase him a bicycle helmet.  My boy is getting to be "so grown up!"

Day 97

Avery is getting better at supporting her head.  I had her sitting in her seat while Nolan and I played in the basement.  She was very intrigued by the toys.

Day 93

Potty training update:  We certainly have had our good days and bad days.  Nolan has been afraid of the big boy underwear until today!  Nolan and I had made a special trip to Target to pick out some Thomas and Friends underwear over the weekend, and today he asked to put them on.  I was so excited!!!  And we have stayed dry all day, other than a pull up at nap time.

Now I just have to figure out what to do when we are out and about, as he is not yet ready for the big potty.

Day 91

Avery is 3 months old today!!!!  Isn't she just the cutest!  I had her dressed up in her christening gown so I could take a picture of her in her dress(since I didn't really get the chance on Sunday)!
I LOVE my little princess.  And I LOVE her at this age, she is really starting to develop a cute personality.
What is Avery up to these days?
She loves her hands.
She is starting to hold a bottle.
She giggles a little in the mornings.
She is very interested in her environment.
She is starting to sleep in a little longer stretches at night.
